Our planning services cover every aspect of expedition organization – from route and challenge design to permit acquisition and local logistics. Working closely with local fixers and production teams, we create efficient, realistic plans that balance creative vision with operational feasibility.
During production, we oversee all logistical and safety operations on the ground. As the central interface between the production crew, participants, and local partners, we coordinate transport, medical readiness, and real-time risk management to ensure smooth and secure execution throughout the shoot.
The Mission
Hi, I’m Paddy - Adventurer and film consultant with a passion for turning raw adventure into cinematic storytelling. For years I led the expedition department of a major German expedition outfitter — mastering logistics, safety, and real-world planning in wild and remote terrain. From that foundation, I stepped into TV-production as the organizational lead for Season 2 of 7 vs. Wild Panama, where I coordinated field operations, risk & safety and supply chains under pressure. I’ve also advised on multiple projects for 7 vs. Wild and Ranked Studios, helping bring authenticity and adventure to life on screen.
My mission? To help production companies, media creators, and expedition teams convert real journeys into compelling narratives — without sacrificing safety, practicality, or authenticity.
